The facility is close to my home. Easy access to all the programs and activities along with the heated pool which is my favorite. Friendly people who all have the same goal ... to get healthy.

It was bring your grandchildren day to swim and we had gone the year prior with no issues! My grandma brought us again this year and it seemed to be a huge issue to the lifeguard as well as some other staff because we were “a little older” we were not causing any issues no splashing or bumping into people just swimming around with grandma. After countless stares she comes up to me and says “ let her play with her grandkids or great grandkids” I’m like we are her grandchildren and then proceeded to give us attitude and to my grandma as if we were doing something wrong. We’re the only grandkids who visit and make time for her, and the only ones she knew she could count on being there like last year. My 13-year-old sister was even told by lifeguard (penny I believe) that they were “the boss.” I’m very upset on how it was handled and wish you guys would do better. I am so distraught about this whole encounter and will be ending my account with all YMCA locations immediately.

I just reached medicare age and I get free membership thru my insurance . Love the water exercise classes and everyone has been so helpful.

I am undergoing physical therapy for my chronic health issues and the pool is a great low impact choice.
