This is the place to learn about and eventually purchase a hot tub when you're in the market. From start to finish the team at BYFS will make the transaction smooth and informative. Bob and Eileen (owners) are the absolute best, with a strong supporting team including Tim, Seth, John and Kelly! Cannot recommend them highly enough for the pre-sale and post-sale support. Pictures included of the install performed by Seth and Bob of my VitaSpa 500 series tub. They navigated the Equipter through a very tight entrance to my backyard and safely on the awaiting pad. Thanks guys, let's go tubbing soon!

We could not have been more happier Going with The backyard Fun store it was our first time ever buying a Jacuzzi/spa and Bob and Eileen could not have been more helpful. They made It looks so easy if we had questions they were there and they helped us out immediately if you’re ever looking for a spa/Jacuzzi to unwind at the end of the day don’t go any further you’ve worked this hard to get where you’re at so why not enjoy it Bob and Eileen won’t steer you wrong. Enjoy folks if you happen to get one I know me and my wife are.

We were exploring the purchase of a hot tub and were fortunate enough to find the Backyeard Fun Store. This family business cares about their customers and meeting their needs. They spent hours educating us and answering emails as we continued to explore the best fit. They offered pressure-free service, honest pros and cons and a relaxed environment. This is the only place I visited that I trusted would deliver excellent service. We ordered our tub and can’t wait for our patio to be done so we can enjoy. If you are considering a purchase visit Bob and Eileen first and make it your last. You won’t be disappointed.

I applied for the 18-month financing with no interest for a Maui Elite hot tub and was informed by John that my monthly payments would be approximately $323.00 per month. I agreed to have my credit run to see if I would be approved and I was approved. Once I arrived home and did the calculations, I realized that my payments would be at least $700.00 a month instead of the quoted $323.00. I called the store the next morning and was informed that the $323.00 must have been the minimum payment, not the actual monthly payment. This was no miscommunication, I felt I was deceived so that John could make a sale of over $12,000. Of course, I could not afford a monthly payment of $700.00, so I canceled the order of the hot tub. I also requested that they get in touch with sychrony Bank to cancel the new approved card. I was told that Bob or John would get back to me, but I have not received a follow-up call. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with The Backyard Fun Store.
