I absolutely love this place! The grounds and the facilities are beautiful. They have a very nice fitness center and their group exercise classes are great. They even have aquatic fitness classes. Everyone there is very supportive. The atmosphere is much more positive and inviting than regular gyms. They also have other services and events for the community.
I NEVER thought I would say this, but they have employees the predatory practices. We went in with disadvantaged youth and added them on to a family. Spoke with someone about adding other children later because of a resource family situation and it coming from flex funds. They said the other children could be added on at a later date because of the circumstances. Fast forward a month give or take (the first 4 memberships haven't been used because of the other two kids were waiting for their funding). Now we are being told that we either have to lose the $600.00 that was already paid just last month, or we need to find another adult to add the other children to. Mind you this is ALL government funding. So now instead of $200 for the 2 children to be added, we need to find a "random" adult to add which will cost another $200. so $400 + $600 and the activation fee's is over $1,000 for 4 kids under 18, an 18 year old college student, and a single disabled mother. What random adult is the family supposed to come up with ?
very nice chapel and rooms for events! we had my cousin's memorial service and repast here the staff was very nice and accommodating.
Customer service needs a complete re-haul. Three workers' stations were "closed" an hour before closing. I was told to wait for some lady to show up to answer my question. I waited for twenty minutes, and no one showed up. I will not be wasting anymore time here.
Such a great place for people who are visiting and for the community great people as well & the restaurant inside is amazing great food & amazing drinks definitely recommend to people who are visitors 💯
