I just posted this review on Yelp, copy & paste I wish I could more than 5 stars, met Michael from the website; had a good conversation prior to him visiting the residence. Everything he recommended, was right on. His timeliness for getting it done, he absolutely nailed it. A true professional with his knowledge and work. I don't want to make this a long drawn out review but I thanked Michael enough for saving the pool in the hottest time of the year. I have been struggling with my pool for 5 years. I found affinity pools a few weeks ago. They came to my home in 24 hours. Michael was kind, professional and had so much knowledge. We had a new filtration system installed same week, pool service started, and we had bad algae due to popups not working. We had the algae gone in 24-48 hours. Every week our pool looks great and today Blair came and fixed our light that has not worked for 3 years. I have poured so much money into my pool in the past. I have never ever had such great service from anyone. I recommend them highly. I receive text message responses back in minutes. They do not sound bothered at all by my questions. I can't say enough about how impressed I am by their service.

Was having heater issues and Affinity helped me asap. Michael was very professional. As a first time home and pool owner he walked me through the repair process and made everything easy to understand, I will definitely be using them again 👍🏻

My pool pump was leaking so as we all do I looked online to have someone look at it. I take care of day to day pool stuff but mechanical issues...not anything I can handle. Spoke with Michael. He came out and told me what needed to be done. He also gave me some very good advice that helps with the day to day stuff. I truly appreciate his kindness and would highly recommend this company!!

Affinity Pools is the only company I trust for my pool service needs. I highly recommend you call them if you're in need of a trustworthy business. They go above and beyond for their customers and I feel complete ease with each and every team member. Michael, the owner, could not be kinder. I so appreciate their prompt response and cannot say enough good things. Use them, you won't be disappointed.
