Laney is an amazing swim instructor! She is patient, encouraging, and knows how to connect with kids to make them feel confident in the water. My child looks forward to every lesson and has made so much progress since starting with her. I truly appreciate her positive attitude and dedication. Highly recommend!

Coach Laney has been great with my son—she’s patient, encouraging, and really knows how to connect with the kids. I appreciate the constructive feedback she gives after each class, letting me know what he’s doing well and what he can keep working on. Most importantly, my son enjoys swimming and we’ve seen some progress in his skills, especially when we swim together at home

My daughter has been enrolled with Aqua-tots with her friend since 02/2025. We enrolled our daughters together and any time we’ve needed to cancel/reschedule classes together, we’ve always been able to do it on each others behalf. My friend was needing to cancel her class today and because I still had make up classes, I said I would join her for the make up class. She confirmed there was availability for 2 on a certain date/time. Unfortunately, my app wasn’t reflecting make up classes for me to enroll so I needed to call to enroll and so I offered to call for my friend. Upon calling, I provide my daughters information and I explain how my daughter has make up classes and how it’s not reflecting in the app and so I was wanting their assistance with enrolling and if it was possible to also enroll her friend in that class. She immediately told me that per policy, I can not do it for my friend since I’m not the parent. I then inquire if it’s an updated policy since we’ve always been able to do it for each other and she said it should have never happened and probably only happened because they thought we were the parents of both kids - despite us always disclosing we were trying to schedule/cancel on behalf of the friend and the fact that they have different names. After going back and forth I ask if it’s possible to speak to the manager because of the inconsistencies and I was advised she was the manager. I then state that it was fine and that I will have my friend enroll her daughter on the app and if I can just enroll my daughter. She clarifies the requested date and time and immediately tells me they are full. I then ask why my friend is able to see openings right now and instead of looking into it, she comes back at me stating if your friend is able to see openings on the app then I would suggest you go into the app and just book it yourself with subtle attitude. I then go on to RE-EXPLAIN how the whole reason I was calling was because I could not do it in the app. She then asked for the date and time again, and then miraculously, there were multiple openings for different class times for 2 that she was needing to confirm which class I was wanting to enroll in. After confirming the class that miraculously opened up after being told there were no openings, she had to ask me for my daughter’s information again even though it was already provided in the beginning of our call. I’ve never had any issues with Aqua-tots until now and to experience the lack of customer service coming from the manager who clearly was reluctant on wanting to help is frustrating. In addition, having the manager flat out lie about the availability of a class and when being called out on it, instead of correcting the matter immediately, suggesting for me to go into the app and schedule it myself with subtle attitude, is absolutely unacceptable when we are paying customers!!!

Our 2.5 year old daughter loves going here! Coach Brooke, does such a great job with kiddos. She makes her feel comfortable in water, and pays great attention with what our daughter can do better to be a great swimmer.

This place has been such an amazing experience. We were somewhere else previously and it was a complete disaster! At Aqua-tots Chandler they are clean, organized and my daughter’s coach Laney has done an amazing job helping my daughter reach her goals! She is awesome, I would definitely recommend!
