Re: Allowing aggression, assault, and homophobia Very disappointed to be writing this review. My daughter was making great progress with her instructors here and truly enjoyed attending her lessons. She asked for her dad and his best friend to come watch her swim. Unfortunately, during one visit, another parent initiated an interaction with her dad and aggressively accused him and his friend of being gay. He told them repeatedly that they didn’t belong there and went so far as to physically touch both of them- her dad near the back while waiting for the kids to exit the pool area, and his friend in the main viewing area, which we were assured was under camera surveillance, while he was sitting on his phone totally unaware of the situation. After a week of following up with Aqua-Tots in hopes of receiving reassurance that we wouldn’t be confronted by this individual again, I was informed that the owner—who was overseas at the time—had reviewed the footage but claimed there was “no evidence” of the man poking my daughter’s dad in the chest. When I asked about the other incident, involving physical contact with the friend in the main viewing area, I was told the owner hadn’t reviewed that footage. Ultimately, I was informed that the owner had decided “they cannot not serve someone for their personal beliefs.” To say I’m appalled is an understatement. The on-site manager and front desk staff were kind, empathetic, and did their best to help. The manager refunded our session and enrollment fee, which I appreciated. However, this response is ultimately reflective of the owner’s stance, and for that reason, we will no longer support this business—and will be advising others to do the same.

This place is great! The teachers really seem to care about the kids and they fit each child's swim level. They give you encouraging feed back and things to work on. My son has loved his time there! All of the teachers have been amazing but Ms. McKenzie has had a lasting impression on our son and family. Thank you Aqua Tots!

We have attended Aqua TOTS for a month now and my kids enjoy every minute. The facility is always clean, the staff are amazing and great with children as well as parents. Close to home and right across from Sam's Club huge plus for us as a family. Thank you for keeping everyone safe and a healthy environment.

My kids have been to dozens of lessons here and have barely progressed. This place is staffed by a lot of young instructors probably between the ages of eighteen and twenty three who seemed inexperienced. My Other older children learned to swim in about 12 lessons at other schools.This place, my younger children have barely been able to put their heads in the water.We wasted a lot of money here.I don't recommend it to run by children

I have two daughters in two different levels and both instructors we have had have been amazing. Peyton and Makenzie are absolutely fantastic and so patient with both of my girls. They truly take their time and really help me making sure I know what to do with my youngest and how I’m able to help make sure my girls are grasping the swim lessons. This program is absolutely amazing and I have already recommended to friends and family. Such a wonderful program and I can’t wait to see more progress in each of my girls.
