A resident of the committee told my daughter who was the guest of a resident. Told her that there should be a sign saying her time is not welcome in the community

There are good days and bad days. I dont know why they have cameras and they dont use them. We've seen people take chairs inside the pool and do flips with them. Seen people take beer and drink inside the pool. There was a fight about 2 months ago a teenager with an elderly woman, and he wasn't a homeowner he was a guest. There should b a security patrol like there use to be one.

You pay an HOA fee, but don’t get to enjoy the commodities. The hot tub is just as cold as the pool, not to mention they’re not clean. They close the pool without notice for days on end. Don’t move into this neighborhood.

I wish there were more shade here but cool water is cool water. Actually the water is pretty warm here but it's still really good. People who work here are good.
