They do not put enough chemicals into your pool. They tell me that my vacuum does not work so they need to do repair. Even after I had it repaired at another company, they still tell me that it does not work only for me to find out later that they do not set up the suction valve correctly. Their billing is shady. The owner told me there is no service charge for one month only to send me later an invoice for that same month. I had to call to remind him, only then it was removed. I've never dealt with any pool company like them. SHADY BUSINESS.
