Things started out okay with Jason and his company (he also goes by American Heritage Pool Co.), but when we started to notice the weekly service wasn’t being completed as promised and brought it to his attention, he stopped being helpful and the services rapidly went downhill from there. We had video camera evidence showing that for at least one month the pool wasn’t being brushed and we suspect that this had been going on for much longer than that. We also had a few issue where switches had been manually changed or lids were not put back correctly on pool equipment by the guy performing maintenance which then caused issues when we went to use to pool. I get that a company cannot always get things right the first time, but how they handled the issue when it was brought up was even worse. Not very impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

We had not changed the sand in our filter for at least six years and our water was DEAD. Jason diagnosed our problems and explained to us in layman’s terms what we needed. He scheduled the work the next week at a fair (actually a great) price. Chris replaced the sand in the filter with no mess and Jason drained my green water and sandblasted the scale off the tile. The water I now crystal clear and the tile looks brand new. Great company and staff. Drew who checks the pool weekly does a great job and informs us if anything changes. These folks are really consistent and professional. They show up the same day every week usually around the exact same time. We have protection dogs that may be outside roaming around by the pool, but Edward knows to check in with us first before his crew goes in. When they’re done, I immediately get a text showing what time they were there, for how long and even your pools chemical balances. A well run business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The worst customer service I have ever experienced followed by lazy maintenance. Constantly green to where I have to purchase my own chemicals and supplies in hopes to keep my pool from becoming a swamp. Every-time I have called in to ask for guidance I am met with instant attitude and unwillingness to help. See photo of my pool that “does not contain algae and only slightly cloudy from the weather”. Interesting how this issue has came up on other occasions during the summer where we did not have rain. I am a reasonable person and offer benefit of the doubt far more than I should but will no longer be taken advantage of when I am paying a monthly fee to keep my pool blue and clear. It’s great that it seems there are people that have written reviews with 5 stars, leaves me wondering why I have received such awful service.
