What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the wave pool are mixed. Some found it less crowded and clean at night, but too cold due to lack of heating. The wave wait times were reasonable, with good safety protocols. However, the waves were described as large, choppy, and difficult to swim in, with a wish for swimming rings to be allowed. A significant complaint was the wave pool's infrequent operation, turning on for only about 5 minutes every 20-25 minutes, leading to disappointment for some visitors. Despite issues with the wave pool and some staff members being unhelpful or uninformed, the overall park experience received positive feedback, with recommendations to buy tickets online or look for Groupons to save money.

Great wave pool. Best part of the whole park. Buy your tickets online and in advance to save a ton of money. Look out for groupons too.
Again disappointed 😔 because wasn’t open
I don't know how this pool is at the daytime but at nighttime, it wasn't as crowded. Water was clean but it was too cold though when I first came in- wish it was heated. The wait time for the waves to come wasn't too long. Felt like it was about a few minutes. (Right before the waves come, lifeguards tell everyone to move behind the line in the middle and then some horns were blown and cannons spew water so the waves don't catch you by surprise. Then, lifeguards give the go ahead and you go swim in the waves.) Those waves were pretty big. They're not the surfing waves you see that crest and fall. They were more like choppy water waves that moved all around in random directions which unfortunately made swimming out there a bit more difficult and it was hard to swim back ashore too. I wonder why they did not allow swimming rings out there in the waves- would have made it more fun...
Wave pool was not on very much, turns on for about 5 minutes but then is off for around 20. Every time we checked it wasn't on! Finally got in it one time throughout the course of the whole day. Rest of the park was amazing though, going again for that reason.
I have to that the park is awesome. But the staff. Not very friendly and don't know much about the rules or season pass. Got the platinum pass. Very happy with the parkj
