JH Diversified was recommended by my pool company to repair my pool lights. Joe, who identifies himself as the owner of the company, stated his trip/diagnosis charge would be $181.50 but said this amount would go toward the repair. Since one of my lights needed to be replaced he said he would be back the next day to finish the job. He insisted on payment of the $181.50 prior to telling me how much I would need to pay in additional charges for the light replacement. Since I insisted on knowing the final amount prior to paying the $181.50 Joe said "we are not a goof fit" and I would need to find another company to finish the work. Since Joe had removed the defective light and left it laying in the bottom of my pool (which had been drained for some additional repairs) I now cannot refill the pool until I get the light replaced.
