Love our gym + so ecstatic to see Sarah T. back subbing. Please bring her back for warrior sculpt! Took her class this week and it was everything I remembered from a year ago. Amazing energy + phenomenal workout! - tiff & nick
Fantastic gym if you can afford it. Definitely on the pricey side but your membership comes with a lot of perks. One of which would be all of the classes you get when you sign up. Olympic lifting, HIIT, CrossFit style classes are all available to you. There are some other classes like yoga, barre, spin, and other stuff that I've never tried out, but if that's your thing they have that too. There is a cold plunge, sauna, and spa in the locker room as well as shaving cream, razors, mouthwash, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, deodorant, towels, and probably more that I'm forgetting. They have 3 lap pools; two inside and one outside, as well as a resort style pool outside for relaxing or swimming with you kids in. There probably 10 racks, a bunch of machines and dumbbells and enough treadmills for me to have never seen them all full. Basketball and pickleball courts Daycare Cafe with coffee, shakes, and food A special room dedicated for people to get some work done if they need to.
This place is nice, but what you pay for in terms of a membership often times just does not seem worth it at all. A big reason why I joined was because they offered so many fitness classes and I didn’t want to use class pass anymore, but to be honest I wish I would’ve just kept my class pass. The mat Pilates that they offer here is extremely underwhelming mostly older folk in that class and I think you only sweat because the room is so hot. They offer no early morning, yoga classes for people who work I think there’s like one day out of the week that they might have a 6 AM class and other than that the yoga classes are just kind of sporadic throughout the day so if you work really early if you get off late, you’re kind of SOL. The gym is always Packed and there’s not a lot of space in between the machines at the gym. The overall aesthetic in the building itself is very nice but for what 200 something a month you would think there would be more variety. Not to mention there are kids running around everywhere :-)
I’ve been coming to this location for a little over 3 years now and love this gym. All of the equipment is new, the gym is always clean and well kept & the trainers and staff are always super friendly. The one thing I would say is that being able to carry a gym bag on the floor would be nice. But I can’t say that’s been a dealbreaker. I’ve never had a negative experience here.
If you’re looking for an all-in-one spa/gym and money is no object, then sure this place is for you. I had to stop going after two years because starting in late 2024 the cost of my already-expensive membership rose twice in the span of 4 months (by $10 increments.) I was informed by an honest staff member that they were trying to shift everyone to paying the same inflated rate, even long-time members. After the second increase, I emailed the manager to ask if there was anything I could do to lower my rate, to which she offered to keep me at my current price “this time.” That’s a pretty useless offer when they were raising prices so frequently, so I asked for some sort of rate guarantee for a year and was promptly ghosted. That was the point where I felt like the gym management cared more about money than actually providing a good gym experience. It’s a shame too, because there are some really wonderful and talented instructors at the gym including Morgan and Cynthia. Another negative is the ridiculous guest pass system. While other gyms let you bring a friend no-questions-asked, Life Time only lets you have 3 passes per-month and they cannot be used on the same person more than once in the span of 90 DAYS. On top of that, right after I quit, I heard they now require guests to download the Life Time app and create an account. Who the hell wants to do this for a gym they only get the pleasure of experiencing once every 90 days? What was wrong with the simple ID check at the front desk before?
