Maintenance scheduled during #springbreak —again. It seems like the #hoa intentionally denies members access to amenities when they have time off to enjoy. #signsigneverywhereasign

Was nearly RUN OVER by an HOA employee in a red Honda hatchback with an MPR HOA magnet on the side. Unbelievable that these people would drive so dangerously in the HOA they WORK in. Gonna stop by to get the plate and then contact the police. Happened at Ray & Ranch Circle. Absolutely unbelievable.

This is not a public pool, it's for Mountain Park Ranch residents only. That being said, it's a nice pool and very well maintained. It's a bit hard to swim laps with oblivious kids just hanging out in your lane. But I guess that's what you get for swimming laps in a community pool.

Best hot tub/spa in Ahwatukee. The Ranch Circle North pool location is not heated but it makes great ice therapy after 10 minutes in the spa.
