We really liked and enjoyed this place. Love that they have shaded tables and chairs. The area in the center has fans. I love that you can bring your own food and drinks. We are non-residents for the city of Surprise, so we had to pay $8 per person, which is a decent price, in my opinion. Restroom are spacious. They have life jackets for the kiddos and have this chair that can go in the water for handicap people. Can get very crowded, but we still had fun. There is a rock climbing wall, diving boards, swim lap area, slides, and a deep end pool. I definitely recommend this place. Then, on the outside, there is the splash pad/slide and playground.
Overall this is a great way to cool down during summer. We came in a Tuesday 30 min after opening and we were able to get a table. It could benefit with more shade for the lifeguards and the guests. Concessions are affordable but would recommend to bring your own food and drinks since it is allowed.
Wonderful new facility. 3 separate areas to swim. 6 waterslides, diving boards, rock walls, and lap lanes. The water felt colder than the other pools I’ve been to so far. There were also multiple closures of the individual pools, but they solved the issues promptly. The water felt and looked really clean also.
Amazing place for kids and toddlers. Big slide for the older kids and splash area with as slow as 6 inches of water to splash around in. Lifejackets are available but have a high demand so if possible bring your own. The one complaint is toddlers have to take off their jackets when they go down the slide so I saw all toddlers and my kids included submerged under water even while being held. I’m sure theirs some kind of reason behind it I just personally think life jackets should be left on. Restrooms are very spacious and I was able to change two kids at once on the family changing table. We went when it was busy and their was still plenty of space to park strollers, ice chest ext.
We visited Oasis Swim Center on opening day with our entire family, and we had a wonderful experience! The facility was clean, felt very safe, and the atmosphere was perfect for a fun family outing. The concessions were surprisingly affordable, and admission prices are incredibly reasonable. It’s just $6 for residents and $8 for non-residents, regardless of age. Our kids had an absolute blast! The slides were both fun and felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind. While we do think the park could benefit from a bit more shade and additional seating, the overall experience was fantastic. What truly stood out to us was the staff, especially the lifeguards. They were attentive, professional, and clearly well-trained. On several occasions, we witnessed their rapid response when a child appeared to be in distress. Even when it wasn’t a true emergency, the staff treated every situation with urgency and care. Hearing safety announcements over the loudspeaker multiple times might seem repetitive, but as a parent, I found it incredibly reassuring. The proactive approach to safety was unlike anything I’ve seen at other water parks. We truly appreciate the attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the welcoming environment. I highly recommend visiting Oasis Swim Center!
