What are people saying (AI review summary)? Paloma Park is generally well-received, described as a nice and impressive park with distinct play areas for both younger children (toddlers) and older kids, featuring various slides, a teeter-totter, and a small rock wall. The splash pad is popular and enjoyed by all ages, and restrooms are consistently reported as clean and well-maintained. The park also includes a lake where fishing is permitted. However, significant concerns were raised by multiple reviewers regarding a severe bee problem, particularly near the splash pad, which has resulted in stings and visitors leaving early. Another common complaint is the late opening of the splash pad (10:00 AM), with requests for it to start earlier due to morning heat. One reviewer also noted issues with parental supervision, observing older children bothering younger ones at the slides.

I take my grandchildren to Paloma Park ark quite often all year round. The park is quite nice with two parks. One side is for younger children such as toddlers, the other side is for older children with the larger slides, a teeter-totter, a small rock wall that even the younger children can enjoy as it goes up to a small slide. Just across from the play area is the splash pad that all ages can enjoy and always seems to be clean. The restrooms always seem to be well maintained/clean. There's also a very nice Lake where you are allowed to fish. It seems people of all ages enjoy the park. I know some people are going to be offended/angry at what I'm about to say; this is absolutely not my intention, yet feel it needs to be said. The only thing I would personally ask... Parents please watch your children. There have been a few times we have been to the park area unfortunately there has been an issue with older children trapping the younger children at the top of the slide area (where they cannot be seen) scaring the young children. I understand phones and tablets are devices we all seem to have all of the time, we like to get a little break time for ourselves while our children are busy playing, but we need to watch our children.
I really want to give 5 stars because the playground is nice and the splash pad is decent but there are so many bees! I’m pretty sure there is a hive on the splash pad because there are hundreds of them.
Love this park, but it’s hard to believe that the splash pad doesn’t function until 10:00! Why can’t it start when all the families come to play in the morning? It’s usually 90 degrees by 9:00 AM. Please, please, please turn on the splash pad one hour earlier.
Used to love this splash pad, but they have a bee problem. My baby got stung and we didn't even stay, it happened that fast. It's unfortunate, but I hope they can get it taken care of soon 😭
We were actually at a Ramada for our grandson's 1st birthday party. We had not been to Paloma Park previously and we were very impressed! What a cool park! Definitely recommend it for a lovely outing!!
