We had a great experience at Phoenix Hot Tubs. We purchased a beautiful hot tub that was in our price range. Tyler was so great to work with. He answered all of our questions and sent us videos on the start up and maintenance for the new hot tub. He also followed up with us to make sure all is going well with the new hot tub. The delivery, set up and haul away of our old hot tub was great too. Mike and his crew were so nice and professional. This was all included in the purchase of the new hot tub. There were no hidden delivery or haul away fees. The installation was also included. We are so happy that we decided to purchase from Pheonix Hot tubs.

Review for Phoenix Hot Tubs and Swim Spas: When my family and I decided to purchase a hot tub, we knew it would be a significant investment. I spent days researching online to better understand our options before visiting four different spa dealers. Each company offered impressive spas, each with their own unique highlight features. Ultimately, our family's top priorities were durability and reliability. After careful consideration, we chose the Master Spas Twilight Series. While the Twilight Series may not have had all the extra bells and whistles that some other brands offered, it had what I would call "the best bones" — solid construction, excellent engineering, and a strong reputation for long-term reliability. A huge part of our decision was thanks to Tyler at Phoenix Hot Tubs and Swim Spas. Tyler stood out from every salesperson we met — he was by far the most knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and myself stopped by this last Saturday and were on the fence between purchasing a swim spa or a regular hot tub. We spoke with Tyler who was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. He was great at explaining the different options and maintenance that comes with owning each of them. We decided that a larger hot tub would be better for what we were looking for personally. I will say most places want to upsell you and you know with how the conversations takes place normally within the first few minutes. Its beyond frustrating when they get pushy and don't listen to what you actually want because they have a quota. Thankfully, he was just very informative, and when we did decided to pull the trigger he made the everything very seamless. We had the delivery set for this morning and Mike came in with his team to set up. They were very kind and mindful that this is a home and didn't damage anything in the process and cleaned up after themselves. They did a perfect job, making sure everything was working correctly and even scheduled a orientation for tomorrow when my husband is home to teach us both how to use it. We are very thankful for how kind they have all been during this process; the Phoenix Hot Tubs Team has a thumbs up from me! My husband says we need to stop by and invite them over for a BBQ, so he approves as well. I highly recommend anyone looking or having questions with their current one to stop by, it was a great experience overall.
