Butler Pools did an amazing job with the reverse osmosis treatment on my pool. They were timely, organized, and made the whole process super easy. Since then, the water has been perfectly balanced and my salt system practically regulates itself — no more constant adjustments. Highly recommend!

My pool chlorine wasn’t stable. I had elevated CYA, my only options were to drain the pool, but weather would not permit. A friend recommended that I call Josh. I’m sure glad I did. Whole process didn’t take long and I didn’t have to drain the pool. My pool is crystal clear and I’m able to enjoy my pool again. Thank you so much Josh. I had concerns about the high CYA levels in our pool. I contacted several pool water recycling companies to learn about their processes and costs. Pool Osmosis stood out to me because: *They were quick to respond. Josh responded to my inquiry right away, and was able to come out within a day to test our water. *The water tests obtained by Pool Osmosis were similar to the test results I was getting with my Taylor test kit, which obtained a CYA value almost 100 ppm higher than the pool store (other companies I spoke to relied on water test results from the pool store). *Josh understood pool water chemistry and the 7.5% chlorine to CYA ratio required for effective chlorination (other companies I spoke to were not familiar with this). *The recycle process included an acid wash to help remove chemicals from the pool walls prior to the water treatment (Pool Osmosis was the only company I spoke to that included this component). *The cost was very comparable to other companies I spoke to, but also included the acid wash. Josh arrived early in the day to add the acid and brush the pool. The acid sat in the pool for 48 hours, then Josh returned to set up the RO system. Our pool is 24,000 gallons, and the RO process was completed in 6 hours. We had minimal water loss. I tested the water about an hour after Josh left, and was amazed that our water chemical levels were within the necessary range, but at the very low end--our CYA went from 260 to 30, and our chlorine from 19 to 3! A few days after the process was completed, Josh came back to retest the water to ensure everything was still as expected; he ended up adding some calcium to get the water hardness up within range. He was more than happy to speak to me about how to take care of the pool moving forward to prevent our CYA levels from rising. Our water is amazingly clear, feels so much better, and I no longer worry our family is swimming in over-concentrated chemicals. We are so happy we selected Pool Osmosis and went the water recycle route. We highly recommend this process and Pool Osmosis!

We are very pleased with the results of our pool water after using Pool Osmosis. The water is very clear and feels great. Saves water by recycling and purifying existing pool water. Process is very efficient.

Was VERY impressed with Josh and the pool osmosis system. What a GENIUS idea- save on water and refresh your pool water. I honestly had never heard of it before, but a great alternative to emptying your pool every few years. Josh arrived the day and time we arranged and within one day our pool water was looking so much better. So happy we didn't have to drain our entire pool! Can't wait to use our pool during the hot AZ summers! Would give Josh and Pool Osmosis, LLC -6 stars if I could. Professional, great communication, and honest guy! Thank you so much, Josh!
