We went away for the weekend and came back to an extremely cloudy pool, thanks to the monsoons! We’ve worked on it for two days not able to figure out why we couldn’t get it clear again after all our efforts. We called Pool Shop Service & Repair (on Ray Rd next to Fry’s) and Rebecca Crane (owner and Ahwatukee resident) was super helpful!! Instead of directing us to add tons of chemicals like other pool stores might do, they helped us to find the root cause. So happy to have a clean pool again so I can escape this awful heat!!! This is not our only experience here. We have been going there for chemicals and help ever since we started servicing our own pool! They always take great care of us!

I'm starting to love this shop. Chris is amazing. I am pretty handy so I decided to fix my pump and backwash valve my self. Ordered some parts but when I opened it all up found some broken parts. Didn't really know what the name of my motor was but Chris was able to ask enough questions to make an educated guess on what I needed. I even came in on a weekend day when he wasn't working and his guys called him to ask him and walked them through how to find me the right parts. I highly recommend this shop for that reason alone. Bonus is they are very competitive with chlorine tabs too.

I went to Sun Devil, Leslie’s, and here with the same water sample to compare their recommendations and prices. Sun Devil and Leslie’s quoted me $160+ more than The Pool Shop with a bunch of chemicals I didn’t necessarily need. This place is amazing, I won’t go anywhere else for my pool needs ever now.

I have been using Pool Shop for over 20 years. These guys are the best!!! I was always happy with the prices of their products, and few years ago I started to use Pool Shop for my swimming pool cleaning services. They do great job keeping my pool clean and address any issues I may have. The owners, Chris and Rebecca, are just WONDERFUL!!! They always call me back and work with me in very professional, friendly, and customer loyalty manner on any issues I may have. I would recommend Pool Shop to any one. This is clearly the BEST place in town.
