Beautiful park & pond. Lots of fish ! Great shaded areas to sit & enjoy . Birds are all around & frequently noticed walkers & joggers enjoying the nice pathways.

I love power ranch. It’s the most beautiful community. It has multiple neighborhoods that make up Power Ranch. The Ranch House pool is in the south of Germaine section of Power Ranch where the barn pool is in the northern side a Power Ranch. This pool is usually heated to 82° year-round. It is a lap pool. There are lawn chairs and tables and barbecues. This is a fenced pool that needs a neighborhood Key card to enter. There’s a small bathroom and shower here. There is a 1 foot kiddie pool. it is directly next-door to the clubhouse. There’s plenty of parking. Behind it is a huge gazebo area off of a soccer field.

Been going here for years and the quality has significantly decreased. The deck is broken up and sharp, so you are recommended to wear water shoes for the local pool. It has not been repaired for multiple years. Pool itself is normally decently clean, it is also heated in the winter. The clubhouse right next to the pool has also been closed for years.
