Water park that belongs to the Six Flags chain, offering season passes and multiple slides.
While specific temperature figures for individual pools are generally not publicly disclosed, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Phoenix typically heats its pools and water attractions to comfortable temperatures for guest enjoyment, especially during cooler parts of its operating season.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? This water park is widely regarded as the best in the Arizona/Phoenix area, offering a generally fun experience with water slides and opportunities for relaxation and tanning, though it can be expensive. However, there are significant concerns regarding customer service, including issues with season pass benefits, inconsistent information from staff, and perceived lack of training or supervision for weekend workers. Some visitors also noted problems with ride instructions and changes to ride rules that raised safety concerns, particularly for parents with young children. The water can be very cold, especially early in the season. A major point of dissatisfaction for some families is the park's clothing policy, or perceived lack thereof, with strong objections to the prevalence of thong swimwear, leading some to find the environment not family-friendly.

I have to rate this according to arizona theme parks. Being that it is by far the best arizona has to offer, I have to give it a 5 start, yet being from California, it does leave a little to be wanted. Great experience besides the poor instructions for lines on a few of the rides. The rest was awesome. Be ready to spend a small fortune but have many fun memories to show for it.
The ladies at the entrance wanted my phone to put a meal on my season pass. They didn't put the meal on my pass, refused to give me back my receipt and my son says they could have stolen my information or sent themselves money through an app. They sent me to guest relations after and said the guy would know why I was coming to him. He didn't know why I was sent to him, but he was polite and helped me. All because I received a free meal receipt and the cafe couldn't ring it up. They said my receipt was old and needed to be renewed. The guy at guest relations said that is not true. And the guy who gave it to me in the first place also said I could use it anytime. Also the double ride for parents and little kids was being restricted to a very specific height. Last year parents could ride with their child. This year they say the kids could flip over, but they want them to ride by themselves in a double tube that could trap them under water if they slip in too far. Weekend workers are either not being trained or are not being supervised properly. It's very frustrating.
I had a lovely time! The water was SUPER cold tho. But it’s still early on before it gets scorching hot. I decided to buy a season pass. Great place to get a tan and chill.
I have been to Six Flags a couple of times and me and my family always have fun going on the water slides and hurricane Harbor. Six Flags is probably the best water park in the Phoenix area.
We have been disappointed with the clothing policy or the lack thereof. It is simply disgusting how our society’s norms have changed over the years. I have three sons and each of them voiced their irritation with all the girls wearing thongs. We saw girls-women ages from 8-60 in thongs (not flip flops)… If you want a good family friendly environment then you should go to Great Wolf Lodge. We are currently here at Great Wolf Lodge and it is a million times better atmosphere. I would gladly change my review if Hurricane Harbor would fix this problem.
