If you have kids and, you yourself are just like them and you love the water in AZ, during summer time, then let's face it, it is either be inside with AC or be in the water if your outside, for at least 4 to 5 months of the year. Most can't pay the water park prices, and if you also live in the east valley, This is your public swimming pool place. Water is awesome, lil kids area is ok, could use a small kids slide or two, but older kids and adults, great slide you have, there is a dive area and lap lanes which are great. Lots of shade, vending for the needed snacks and yes tables too are in the shade, and lockers in the restroom and shower area. If water is what you like, and you are used to it, as part of the AZ summer routine, go enjoy and cool off. This is one of my lil ones, and my only lil one, who isn't an adult already. 💕 She loves the swimming pools and all the fun in them she can get. She can hold her breath, go under, dive down a lil, but mostly with a light push downward to a dive stick, etc, gentle of course, her swimming is paddle to and fro kicking, between two adults or in 3 ft of water where she can stand by herself, for practicing. we're workin on her arms moving when she's kicking, she is getting there. But look at that face the pools are worth it to see the smiles, create memories, n a bonus it helps to use up all the kiddo energy they got and it's outdoor fitness and fun, for all that go.
The best aquatic center for shaded seating!! They have a slide and diving boards. You can bring in your own food. Mesa aquatic centers make you get out of the water once an hour for 5 mins which is cool for letting the kids take a break and eat some snacks. The staff is very attentive!
The pool is great and the slide is cool. The lifeguards are nice and the ladies in the front are awesome. Love coming here i will tell all my friends. Oh yeah can't forget about the big red water bucket.
A beautiful, clean pool. The water is great but the overall experience is greatly sullied by obnoxious blasting sound on deck. The nightclub music genre they selected to broadcast is pretty annoying, and I can hear that at 2AM on Camelback in Scottsdale if I want, but the real problem is the amplitude. It is playing so loud the speakers are actually distorted at times. Yikes...am I at a teenage dance club sleepover or an aquatic center? Update: Went again and the music was lower level and not bad. Much better. Great pool.
We love coming to this pool. You can't beat the price for a whole family to get in. We love that they have something for everyone- plenty of room to just relax, a zero-depth entry and play area for the little ones, slides and diving boards for the older kids, etc. The staff is friendly.
