Pool was extremely dirty, water was low to the point where first step.wasnt even under water, strange smell on our suits after getting out..... Very disappointed

HOA updated their security and key systems and it's great! New fence, recovered concrete so it's not as hot as it used to get. Clean bathrooms and shower. FOR ASHTON RANCH RESIDENTS AND GUESTS ONLY!! 24 hour surveillance c.c. systems to ensure resident safety!
