Such an amazing pool it's only 3 minutes away from my house so I go here as much as I can it's so nice!
Amazing! This is the ONLY water park that allowed my kids going down from the watersides because they are 42” (that’s the rules. Usually is 48” on other parks). Angeline was AMAZING and nice and friendly like all the others life guards. They have covered seats/tables (around 12). The lazy river is good too. I don’t see any vending machines or place you can buy food but you can bring your own cooler and food.
Fun outing with a couple youngsters. Several picnic tables with shade and a few additional areas with shade.
Normally love this pool and have been going for well over 10+ years. Just recently had an issue with a life guard this past weekend. “Jack” was cussing at my older two daughters to “control your damn sister” referring to their 7 year old sister who was excited to race down the slide with a friend. I did speak to management but seen said life guard coming out with management laughing. If you do not like excited children do not work a job that involves excited children. And cussing directly at a child is extremely inappropriate.
lifeguards are trained to enforce rules that help prevent injuries, and sometimes that includes addressing unsafe behavior looking into the situation you mentioned, they encourage all parents to be mindful of their children’s actions in shared spaces. Safety is everyone’s responsibility. You should be responsible watching your own children. Getting upset with the lifeguards for protecting your children seems unreasonable theres probably a reason why they got yelled at.
