Duane did a full replacement for us and his customer service was amazing! I’ve called him for some additional services afterwards and he always responded right away and took care of us. I will always call Water Bender to take care of our pool.

After calling all of the pool repair companies in the Phoenix/Peoria/Glendale area that advertise as so-called "Same-Day/After-Hours/Emergency", Duane is the ONLY one who called back. We thought our 1HP pool pump was broken, but Duane speculated that based on the "humming" we heard, that only the capacitor need be replaced. Duane came out in the morning, determined what capacitor was needed, went back out and acquired a 30 microfarad capacitor, then came back and swapped it out w/ the old one - all is now working perfectly! Duane is laid back, friendly, got the job done fast, and did it all at a very reasonable price. Bonus: we might end up fishing buddies!

WaterBender. My go to pool tech. I wish I would of hired Duane 15 years ago. He is professional, knowledgeable, engaging, answered all my questions. I've always used Leslie's pool store, taking the water in. I've spent alot of money what they sold me the first time didn't work. So they want me to buy more supplies and will see if this works... I told them no thank you I'm not giving you another dime. Duane goes above and beyond. You won't be sorry hiring WaterBender. Thank you, Duane

Duane was such a help when I was having a hard time figuring out an issue with my pool pump. He is very knowledgeable about pool issues and was honest and able to assess and fix the issue quickly. Super grateful for Duane and his quick response when I was in need.

This company we highly recommend! We wanted some repairs be done on our waterside and they sent someone out to assess the needed repairs. They gave us a quote that shocked us so we went with them. They worked a couple of days. When it was over, wow! Thank you Duane, you did a fantastic job?
