Very disappointed in their pool service. Hired them to open our pool. They took cover off threw in some chemicals and did a patch on the liner that only lasted a day. They left the drain valve open and we lost an inch of water before before we realized. And they took our latching rod for our hard cover because theirs did not work and ours did. They did not clean anything and was here for 30 min and we where charged $305.00. The 2 young men where very nice, but I don't think they where properly trained. We where considering getting a stove from them but after this experience we will not.
The whole process was wonderful. Marlena helped me pick out the perfect stove after listening to why and what I expected out of a pellet stove. I went back a week later to order pellets and a base. They two gentlemen working that day explained the different pellets they had and helped me pick out a base. They installed on they day the said. The two gentlemen were wonderful. They answered my question, took the time to explain everything to me then had me demonstrate that I understood. They stayed till all my questions were answered and everything was working as it should. They cleaned up and took everything with them. I felt they genuinely cared for there customers. It was more that just a sale to them, they took pride in what they do. Never did I feel rushed, the whole process was awesome. You don't find businesses like this anymore.
Bought a wood burning fireplace insert from them over 9 months ago. Every time I went into the store I was greeted, but not hovered over. They staff that I dealt with were competent and knew what they were selling. They were able to help me to figure out what I could and could not use. The product I bought was quality. No issues with inspection or installation. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. When I called with a question 4 months after purchase I received support. I would deal with them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
Awesome company and installers. We recently went close to 72 hours without power after widespread windstorms came through our area. My Mom has been wanting replacement gas logs for our fireplace. She stopped by Buck Stove Fireplaces today and picked out new gas logs. Surprisingly, the installers were able to come the same day and they did a great job of replacing our old copper gas lines with stainless steel lines and installing the new fireplace. The installers were all very pleasant, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend Buck Stove Fireplaces — Now we are all set if we lose power in cold weather!
These guys seem awesome. Long and short I got bait and switched from this company. Called to get a wood stove insert that I knew I wanted. First guy I talked to was very knowledgeable, thought about it for a few hours called back and tried to buy the stove. Second guy I talked to was very knowledgeable. They offered me a good price, I offered to pay the whole thing, they took a deposit. Got a call a few days later saying I need to pay an additional $700... These are not acceptable busines practices. The claim was about using the wrong catalog even though the second guy who took the order talked about typing with one hand to get the price from the computer. Honestly the final price that they gave me was not unfair, But I went somewhere else because I'm buying a high end wood stove, not a used car from a guy that wears a plaid suit.
