What are people saying (AI review summary)? This community park offers a range of amenities including a pool with waterslides, a playground, basketball and deck hockey courts. Reviewers generally praise its cleanliness, maintenance, and friendly police presence, viewing it as a good spot for a small town. However, there are notable criticisms regarding pricing, with some finding it expensive and reporting issues with refunds during unexpected closures (e.g., $10 for a brief visit). There is conflicting information on the availability of a concession stand, with some mentioning its presence while others lament its absence and request its return. A significant concern raised is the perceived lack of diversity and instances of unwelcoming behavior towards minority visitors, though some express determination to continue visiting despite this. Daily admission is $6 for Etna residents, and no food or drink is allowed in the pool area.
Reviews
It's a cute little community park, deck hockey, basketball court and pool directly beside the police station and fire department. The police of the town are friendly with the kids checking through the park and saying hi often. The area is clean and kept up on and the pool is nice. For a small town it's a great spot.
Pool was closed for an Hr cause someone got sick I paid my 10 dollars and wasn't even there 5 minutes, I asked for a refund I was told we don't do refunds total bs
Great place for a fun filled day. I love that there is waterslides, a playground, pavilion and snack bar.
If you don't have a season pass it's 6$ for a daily admission if you're an Etna resident. You can still swim if you're not a resident. Nice clean pool big enough to actually swim with two slides. There's a park with a playground and a concession stand that connects the two. No food or drink in the pool area.
Small. Over priced and no longer has a concession stand for food. Some of the people aren't that friendly it's not well-versed when it comes to ethnicity so when I go with my children we're usually the only black people there and yes we get some stairs but I'm going to keep going cuz my sister lives over that way and we ain't letting no one stop us from doing what we want but can we get the food back at least ( not that that's free or cheap itself oh, but it was convenient for when my children we're hungry) the price that we have to pay to swim there.
