Basic summer pool featuring diving boards and water slides, as well as an area for kids, a lawn and a snack bar.
Information regarding the specific temperature of the pools at Green Tree Swimming Pool is not explicitly stated on the official borough website or readily available through other public sources. As an outdoor, seasonal facility, the water temperature is primarily influenced by ambient weather conditions.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Green Tree Pool is highly praised for its cleanliness, good maintenance, and comfortable, slightly heated water. Positive aspects include a nice water slide, a dedicated shallow children's area, large grassy lounging areas with shaded picnic tables, and a well-regarded, affordable snack bar. Staff and lifeguards are consistently described as courteous, friendly, and attentive, with a free lunch program for children noted during summer. The pool is often described as not crowded for residents, and parking is ample. However, a major point of frustration among reviewers is the pool's 'Green Tree residents only' policy, which is often not clearly communicated online, leading to non-residents being turned away or feeling misled. Many urge for clearer online disclosure. Despite the resident-only policy, some non-residents who pay the entry fee find it to be a good value compared to other local pools.

A public pool turning people away if they're not a Green Tree resident is absolutely ridiculous.
My daughter and I had a great time. The pool is slightly heated so its really comfortable. Even early in the year. Snack bar is cheap but good other pools are two to three times as much for concession stand. Highly recomanded.
If the pool is open for green tree residents only then please take it away from google where you are posting it publicly regardless of location. please, just post within green-tree residence only. This should be addressed when you post a business in google. Lack of information. Please post a Disclaimer saying “GreenTree Residents only”
Very nice and clean pool. Well maintained. There is a nice water slide for the kids. The snack bar has a large variety of ice creams and food. Most of the people working there are young and they are courteous and friendly. Large lawn area where you can set up your chair and blankets. They also have several covered picnic tables. During the summer, in the early afternoon, they have a free lunch program for children. If you are a Greentree resident the cost is very reasonable. It is never crowded. My nephew lives in Greentree but I don't. Non residents cost $12 .I don't mind paying that because it is a great place compared to other pools in the area.
We had a swim meet here and it was a bit crowded. Five teams competed so it was bit more than usual. The lanes are on the near side of the pool with limited ability to see. The staff was super helpful and the concession stand was excellent. The pool itself is very nice. It has a separate section exclusively for children that locks. It has artificial grass (astro-turf) in the children's area and the pool is very shallow. The larger pool has dive blocks on one end and lanes for swimming. A large grassy area accompanies the larger pool and its great for laying out by the pool. In the grassy area they also have shaded areas to get out of the sun and picnic tables for sitting. The lifeguards are great and attentive too. Parking isn't an issue as it borders the Green Tree fire department and shares a lot with them. The baseball outfield overlooks the pool and if I needed to watch another swim meet, I might do it from up there. I gave this place four out of five stars for the simple inconvenience of the swim meet. If it weren't for the meet it would get five stars from me! I'm unaware of the cost for entry or the hours of the pool. Hope this helps!
