What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Kingsley Association receives mixed feedback, with many praising its extensive and generally clean facilities, including a terrific pool and basketball court. A major highlight is its highly effective and compassionate community support programs, specifically the COVID Rent Relief assistance, where navigators provided crucial aid, resources, and emotional support. However, areas for improvement include reports of very rude front desk staff, an outdated gym, and cold, less frequently cleaned locker rooms and bathrooms. The guest policy, which charges $5 per visit with no free passes, also received criticism.

This place is a gem. Polite staff and great facilities. The gym is a bit outdated and definitely doesn't have everything you need but you can still get a workout in. The pool is terrific and the basketball court is a huge plus.
The women at the front desk are VERY VERY RUDE. If you don't like people, then don't take a JOB where you have to interact with people. And to bring a guest is 5 dollars each time. No free one time guest pass. Thank goodness for Silver sneakers and I don't have to go there can go where they RESPECT you and APPRECIATIVE for those who com to e their establishment 🤔🤔😌😌.
My daughter and I went swimming recently. The price was good and the pool area was clean. The bathroom and locker rooms could be clean more often and it was cold in the locker room. We will go again!
In participation with the Allegheny County CARES Rent Relief program, the Kingsley Association, working in tandem with Action-Housing, LLC employed Navigators whose concentrated efforts serve to support renters through the Covid Rental Relief application process. The goal is to allocate monies payable to renters experiencing an urgent need for housing stabilization funds, I was one of those renters. Having trudged a series of events, I found solace through the support and resources offered by the Kingsley Association Navigators and equipment,( I.e. computer, printer, scanner, fax ect... ). I was overwhelmed meeting the demands necessary to keep my home in the wake of this novel "Corona virus." The Navigators showed tact and demonstrated high levels of emotional sensibility; grossly unfounded within vulnerable population community work; bedside manner, while I unpacked the events leading me to apply. In addition, the Navigators extended resources for food and affordable housing, advocated on behalf of my application, and supplied updated program information. Their actions helped to put me at ease and feel supported during the most STRESSFUL times. Having experienced this organization, I do highly encourage residence of Allegheny County particularly those residing within the 15206 zip code to utilize the services made available by the Association. They are truly here to support you through the process.
large, clean, with beautiful facilities and a space that serves the community
