What are people saying (AI review summary)? Overall, reviews present a mixed picture. Positives include a generally clean and beautiful facility with friendly staff and nice shaded areas, with some children enjoying their time. However, significant negatives include high daily entry fees perceived as poor value, particularly for young children. A major recurring concern, especially since spring, is the frequent pool closures due to sanitation issues (children pooping), which reviewers believe leads to excessive chlorine use. This has caused severe and immediate eye irritation for families, making the pool unusable for children for some members. Additionally, some guests found staff support for rented event rooms to be minimal.

We have been members for a year and are not sure if we should continue. We rented a room for our youngest birthday. Minimal support from staff at best. Merely showed us to the room, no assistance or directions about using any of the tvs in the room or setting up ice etc...you can get a lot for more that dollar value at other places. But what makes it unusable is somehow weekly in the summer some kid poops in the pool and everyone has to get out. Idk if this leads the staff to use more chlorine but compared to other pools in the area my wife, our children and myself have started having major irritation to our eyes. We tried using goggles on the kids to see if that helped and they still hurt. It's immediately noticeable once entering the pool. We haven't found this to be the case at any other pool. Honestly it's made the membership unusable for our children. This issue did not begin occurring until spring of this year, until then we used the pool regularly from last August until now.
Clean pool with nice shaded areas but come on…. For me to take my 5 year old grandson to swim for a few hours us $30. Ridiculous!!!
Beautiful, clean facility. My Granddaughter loved it.
$12 for a 2 year old to swim? They are out of their minds...
