What are people saying (AI review summary)? The hotel receives mixed reviews, with a consistent highlight being the exceptional front desk staff and overall service (e.g., Andy, Marie, Maria) who are frequently praised for being professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room cleanliness, however, is highly inconsistent; some guests found their rooms clean, beautiful, and comfortable, while others reported very dirty conditions, including uncleaned showers, unwashed sheets with hair, and filth under beds. Room amenities like counter-height refrigerators and microwaves are generally appreciated. The hotel's location is a significant point of contention; while some found parking convenient, many describe the area as 'horrible' due to its proximity to a truck stop, fast-food restaurants, a sex shop, and visible law enforcement or questionable individuals, though some were surprised by how quiet it was despite initial concerns. Breakfast and coffee availability were also inconsistent. Value for money was considered good by some, while others felt it was overpriced given the issues.

I’m a truck driver and had a bobtail truck. I was looking for a place to crash with parking, and the lady at the front desk was the best! She was friendly, helpful, and matched the online price I found. The room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. I didn’t stress about parking — if you have a trailer, you might need to park across the street, but it’s no problem. For the price, this place was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay.
I was just traveling through fort Pierce. I had never been here before, and didn't know what to expect. When I pulled into the parking lot there was 3 sheriff's cars talking to people. When I got to my side of the building there was a lot of people, to me, that appeared to be on something. I thought then, maybe I should leave, but I didn't. The place looks newly painted on the outside, and on the inside it has some really nice details. Like the fixtures, furniture and granite nightstands. The rooms are very attractive on the inside but also very dirty. The shower hadn't been cleaned there was chunks of soap sitting on the side and a wet washcloth from the last person hanging over the shower head. I can tell whoever stayed there last had a long, black, wavy hair because that was also in the shower and in the bed when I pulled back the sheets. I know hair doesn't always come off in the wash but I highly doubt the sheets had been washed since there was multiple pieces of long hair stuck to the pillow and under the top sheet. I thought I was in for a rough night but I didn't find a single bug or roach in the room which was shocking, and from the looks of everything going on outside I thought that I might get kept up that night, but it was shockingly quiet as a mouse all night and morning.
I was happy with the room and felt safe enough here to run out to my car a couple times after dark to retrieve things. It's real nice they give you a counter height refrigerator that didn't freeze my lettuce and a microwave. The bed was nice and I slept fine (my sleep is "fragile"). Problems are: 1) breakfast and coffee brewed at the office was part of the deal but neither were available when we checked out at 8:30 a.m., and 2) I exercise every morning with YouTube and could see lots of unswept filth under the bed. The cleaning crew were a pair of nice ladies and the gentleman at the front desk was especially competent, intelligent and nice to us. For the nearly $200 we paid (including taxes and fees) I expect more.
Andy has been very professional and accommodating for our hotel experience. He provided us with a very clean room, working microwave and refrigerator. Coffee and breakfast were excellent and we enjoyed how wonderful Andy and the staff treated us. As always Andy is very helpful and efficient as well as very professional. Marie has been wonderful as well. The maintenance team and housekeeping staff are excellent.
Maria at the front desk very lovely unfortunately the location is horrible. Photos online make the place look like a country club. When in fact it’s next-door to a truckstop behind a McDonald’s and across the street from a sex shop so location is horrible. Questionable what appears to be residence on locationRoom was filthy. Floors were disgusting. Beds were uncomfortable. Would definitely not stay there again
