The staff are always super nice when I visit as I travel for work, I’ve never had any problems with them & the hotel is perfect walking distance to the beach & I can’t complain about that. The only thing is the room, I don’t think the cleaning people do a good job at all & I hate the view of the rooms I’m put into, it’s just a view of an okay looking home & old rusty trailer across the street. I do enjoy their outdoor deck they have & who doesn’t love a hotel with a balcony. All & all it’s was a solid hotel, just a little bit outdated.

I had a great stay at The Royal Inn Beach Hotel Hutchinson Island! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach—and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was “beach clean,” meaning it wasn’t spotless like a high-end resort, but definitely clean enough and comfortable. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it’s far from a dump—more of a cozy, no-frills spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable (honestly, one of the best I’ve slept on), and the AC worked like a charm, which was a huge plus in the Florida heat. If you’re looking for a laid-back, convenient beach stay without all the bells and whistles, this is a solid choice. The friendly atmosphere and unbeatable location make it a place I’d definitely consider staying at again.

Extremely grateful to all staff at this hotel i had to stay here a year ago for a few months after an arrest ruined family relationships I basically was thrown to streets and these hotel staff treated me with the maximum compassion and care showed me where good food is to eat where good restaurants are let me pick my own room they knew I slept in so they would leave me fresh towels outside my door and bathroom amenities. They always asked how I was when I came downstairs after waking up im now doing much better and have a place to live and to this day anytime I come here and see the hotel I still feel thanks and appreciation to them. Anytime I have a free weekend I always wanna come and stay here

We came for July 4th and stayed 4 nights. The satff is wonderful. However, the building is definitely older and could use a massive update. The key cards constantly disconnect leaving you locked out of your room and staff leaves at 11. So if you stay out a little later, be prepared to possibly not re-enter until morning. You have the option to pay extra for an ocean view, however you can't actually see it. Just the direction it's in. Location is pretty good as far as walkability. You can walk to most restaurants and the beach. Rooms were clean and pool was nice. If you're looking for a no frills, decent, quiet place to stay, this will work. However the price is a little high in my opinion for the state of the property.

The hotel was to be expected, what one may call “beach clean”. Cozy, spacious, comfy beds, nice pool, close beach access, tv in our suite with WiFi & convenient kitchenette. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was some days our room was not cleaned and I did have to find a broom and sweep the place everyday myself, but we did get fresh towels everyday.
