Great Gym!! Friendly staff and good selection of machines and free weights. Sauna, steam room, pool, and hot tub seem well maintained. Very clean compared to previous years.

I workout at this location frequently. People usually are focused on their workouts so no drama. I’ve met some cool people. The staff members I’ve interacted with are cool. I go at a time that the gym is usually wide open to get a great workout without waiting. I’d give the cleanliness a 1.5 star. But overall great to get in and get out.

Whatever you do, do not join this gym. Stay away.!!! I securely stored my belongings in a locker with my personal lock at approximately 4:45 PM while I was using the gym facilities. When I returned around 5:00 PM, my bag was missing. It contained my phone, all my credit and debit. Upon exiting the locker room, I realized I was not the only victim—two of us had our belongings stolen. Despite the fact that we had followed all proper procedures and had a reasonable expectation that our belongings would be safe, the manager refused to call the police, offered no assistance, and denied us access to the facility’s security footage. This incident reflects a serious failure on the part of the gym to provide a secure environment for its members and to respond appropriately in the event of theft.

The atmosphere is motivating and friendly, making it easy to stay focused during workouts. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help, whether it’s with workout tips or nutrition advice. Plus, the classes are diverse and engaging, offering something for everyone. I’ve already seen great results and made some awesome friends along the way. Highly recommend! Five stars all the way!
