The HARIBO Pool and Koenitzer Aquatic Center, located at 2001 Alford Park Dr, Kenosha, WI 53140, USA, is a state-of-the-art indoor aquatic facility situated on the campus of Carthage College. It features an Olympic-size competition pool and a separate diving well, along with spectator seating. The center serves as the home for Carthage College's swim and dive teams, hosts various high school and community aquatic events, and provides facilities for swim lessons and recreational use.
Specific, publicly published daily pool temperatures for the HARIBO Pool and Koenitzer Aquatic Center are not readily available. However, competition pools of this nature are typically maintained within a standard range suitable for training and events, often between 78-82°F (25.5-27.8°C).
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool is described as very nice but has a significant design flaw: its 40-meter length. This prevents it from hosting competitive swim meets with meter-based events. Fortunately, its 25-yard width still allows for yard-based events, making it usable for institutions like Carthage College, according to a former swim judge.
Reviews
Very nice pool, BUT there's one design flaw. I'm a former USS swimming judge and I've also judged collegiate swim meets at Carthage. The flaw: this pool is only 40 meters long, which means little to the general public. The problem is that Carthage can only host meets swum in yards. Fortunately the pool is 25 yards wide, so that can work. Meter events are out of the question.
