Before joining cogua swim school, my 3.5 years old had a very terrible start with swimming, where she was scared of even getting in water. But then we met coach Jackie in Cogua, and in just one class, I saw a very big change and tremendous improvement in a few weeks later. Now she loves swimming and wants to continue going to the next level. A big thank you to coach Jackie and Cogua school. I would highly recommend Cogua swim school, especially if you get a chance to work with coach Jackie, but please check her schedule as it is full most of the time.
Save your money please ready the reviews before taking your kids they are all true. bad service swim teachers will talk among each other and will not pay attention to your kid and will not really teach anything customer service sucks owner don’t care what you have to say
I’m looking for an aquatic school for my 7-year-old daughter. Thank you to all who left a review; it definitely helped me decide to not enroll here!!
Save your money and go somewhere els! Despite all the negative reviews we took a chance and enrolled our almost 2 year old for classes. It was great instructors are great until you have to reschedule because your instructor is not it. Getting a hold of anyone is impossible. Rescheduling is impossible. Upon signing up they give you a free trial class when we decided to commit we were hit with an 80+$ hidden annual fee on top of the 119 for the 4 weeks. It’s now only been 3 weeks and we were charged 179 for the following month instead of the 4th week as per policy. No regard for others finances. We don’t know if we want to continue as they’ve already took out money. We hope they can resolve if they can’t then we will not.
I have been bringing my 6-year-old son, who is on the spectrum, here for a couple of months now, and he absolutely loves it. He has lessons with Robert, who does an amazing job of pushing him while still making him feel safe and secure. Yesterday, my son was able to let go and managed to stay afloat for the first time. While we still have a long road ahead, I have no doubt that he will meet his goals here. Thank you for providing a safe, judgment-free environment for both me and my son.
