The family that runs Serrano Jumpers is amazing! We have used them a few times now and they go as far as remembering your name and address so you don’t have to tell them every time you order! They treat you like family! They communicate through the whole process and are so punctual with delivery and pick up. Their jumpers are always clean and my kids love it. They always thank you for your business and show their appreciation which I think is so nice. Unfortunately I had to cancel once and they were so understanding and ready to help me a couple weekends later. I have nothing but nice things to say. 10/10 definitely recommend.

My experience with Serrano Jumpers was PERFECT! From reserving the jumper to delivery to pickup. Everything ran smoothly, the jumper arrived on time and I was even able to keep it until the following morning so the kids got to jump all night! Prices were reasonable and Michele was a pleasure to work with! Very friendly and down to earth. I also appreciated working with a small family-owned business. I will definitely be using their jumpers again!

Super pleased with the company. Michele is nice and professional over the phone and was very helpful with my last minute rental request. We rented a jumper for my son’s birthday and the crew were also nice and professional. They were able to set it up perfectly and quickly! Equipment was clean and in great condition! Crew was also right on time for drop off and pick up. Great customer service. Would definitely rent from them again.

We have been using Serrano Jumpers for this past year and are extremely happy with them! We've had jumper companies in the past and we're never satisfied with their services. Easy to schedule and always have alternatives if what we request isn't available. Very responsive and professional! I will definitely recommend them to our family and friends!

Amazing customer service!!! Michelle reached out from initial contact, she confirmed a couple of days in advance. On delivery day, she reached out before arriving with her family. When they arrived we had an issue with the location we had picked for the jumper, but they were very professional and kindly helped us figure it out. We got so lucky to have booked with Serrano Jumpers. My nieces loved the double slide jumper for their birthday celebration. I highly, highly, recommend them. Thanks again Michelle, for the outstanding service you provided!!!
