Tom is knowledgeable and professional. No high pressure sales. Estimate was clear and concise as to price and exactly what was being purchased. No surprise costs or up front payment. They showed up on time each day and Tom was on site to make sure everything ran smoothly. Quality work at a reasonable price, what more can you ask for. **ATTENTION: If you are looking to resurface your pool, look no further, SERIOUSLY!** They just don't make them like Tom anymore! We are incredibly happy with our pool remodel. It's easy to see that Tom is passionate about his work and has great attention to detail. He really took the time to show us tile, pebble, and coping. Tom was able to give us informative details on our selections and made sure that we were 100% happy every step of the way. We were very impressed with his communication! He was very respectful and well spoken, not only with us, but with his crew as well. We felt very comfortable with everyone who entered our backyard. Tom and his team did an amazing job and completed everything within 10 days! It didn't take long before feeling like Tom was part of our family. We truly feel like he was always looking out for our best interest. From the very beginning of the process till the end, Tom was an amazing communicator. He always let you know step-by-step what was happening and when it was happening. if you had any questions at any time Tom was there to answer them. There was no pressure whatsoever on picking tiles or the type of pool surface I wanted. Tom would just give his suggestions and allow me as the customer to do what I felt was correct for me. My original pool did not have a Baja deck, and I was so excited that I was able to add one to my existing pool. I also added handrails to the Jacuzzi and the pool. Every member of Toms crew was very cordial and friendly. They would even answer my questions while doing their work. The waiting time to use my Jacuzzi is painful.😂 But it will be well worth the month wait. I’d be glad to answer any questions anybody had if they’re considering using Tom as your Pool Man sidenote he also does concrete so hit him up.

Please see the following SUPERIOR POOL PLASTER (SPP) review/ratings: OVERALL (Rating 5 of 5) • Superior Pool Plaster (SPP) is highly rated and recommended for renovation of residential pool tile and pool plaster. COST (Rating 5 of 5) • Obtained four bids for renovation of the pool tile and plaster, SPP was easily the most competitive all things considered. • Billing plan was very reasonable and appropriate for the work being performed. • SPP did not try to sell us extras that we really did not need like all of the other bidders did. SCHEDULE/PERFORMANCE (Rating 5 of 5) • SPP was the only bidder that actually listened and responded with exactly what we wanted. • The entire process from demolition, haul-away, tiling, grouting, plastering, clean-up and pool start-up was done within a couple of weeks. • The entire SPP operation was extremely professional including the Management and the Laborers. QUALITY (Rating 5 of 5) • The new tile and plaster look great, we could not be more happy with renovation and the value for the price. • SPP added tile accents in the plaster on the all the steps in the pool, which really improved the appearance of the pool. • The photos of the completed tile and plaster renovation project speak for themselves; of course, it is way better in person. SERVICE (Rating 5 of 5) • SPP is top notch when it comes to service and customer service. • Excellent communication, SPP always did what they said they were going to do from the bidding process through demolition and renovation of plaster and tile. • SPP (Tom) made himself readily available to answer any pool related questions/concerns. • Contacts with SPP (Tom Solomon) were friendly, pleasant and relaxed; always a pleasure. LESSONS LEARNED • Tom taught me a lot about taking care of my pool (chemical balances), which I had been doing wrong for many years. • We did not install new pool lights – bad decision, as they were very old and one failed (requiring very difficult repair). • We filled the attached jacuzzi with water before pool filled up to outlets, thus, water came out in pool leaving some minimal white streaks in plaster.
