I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful young men and women working here. My son is taking swimming lessons and they are all just so positive, supportive & patient.

Staff is not helpful, gave me wrong information, due to their lack of knowledge or just lied. Asked where on the website I could find information and they just repeated it’s on the website, I asked for them to tell me where on their website it’s stated so I could see for myself staff responded to “oh actually it’s not on our website but we can definitely update it”. So don’t tell me it’s on the website hence it’s not. First time going and definitely the last. Just a bunch of teenagers who keep repeating the same thing, with no actual help.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes the short elderly woman came out and told us the chlorine levels where off and will not be opening the pool? Maybe you should check the chlorine levels 2 hours before you open instead of standing around talking . This place needs better management. I intend to write a letter to city hall and get the ball rolling your done!
