Many reviewers highly recommend the swim lessons, noting positive experiences for children, and describe the pool as a great, calming place for personal training and water polo practice with nice people. It was a hot day, headed out to pool. A bit crowded. What was unpleasant is that my son went to grab a diving board from a cubbie where other kids were clearly grabbing them. The lifeguard told him he was not allowed and that he had to put it back. Shortly , another kid around my sons age, went to grab one and the lifeguard clearly saw him and said nothing to him. I really don't want to assume it's because we are Hispanic and the other kids weren't. I can see no other explanation to the lifeguards reasoning. It is very upsetting and not sure if I will feel comfortable going swimming here again. Unfortunately, my son had swimming classes at this pool earlier in the summer. It was a completely different experience, peaceof mind swimming school staff is very pleasant and professional.

Our kids took swim lessons at Adams Park. They absolutely loved it. I also Swam and played Water Polo here for years.
I had my waterpolo practices here. As well as train myself during the summer. It’s a great place, very calming, and everyone is nice there too.
