We want to do a condemnation to 3 of Jacuzzi, Aqua Paradise employees and the experience we have had with the company. Roy, Zack and Ricardo went beyond to get our spa placed in a difficult location. Because of them, we avoided having to hire a crane service. All 3 were very professional and took great care of our spa! Roy was in charge of setting the spa and instructing us on how to use it. He was very patient and took his time instructing us. We would recommend them and Jacuzzi company along with Jay and his staff unconditionally!! Thank you Roy, Zack and Ricardo! Karin and Rick Sontag

After looking at many hot tubs at several showrooms, Aqua Paradise stood out by having not only the best product but also by having very experienced and knowledgeable sales professionals. The team at Aqua Paradise worked with our contractor to set a date for installation and setup. The setup team was excellent and gave me an education in spa maintenance so that I feel confident I can maintain the spa on my own. I have already recommended Aqua Paradise to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Brent was a very knowledgeable and flexible sales professional accommodating for all our visits before we decided on the model. Just like he predicted we received our hot tub 6 weeks after the down payment despite thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The tub was professionally delivered by Diaz Spa Delivery team and installed few days later by Roy. All installation and delivery services were included and free of charge to us!

David Hermosillo is the tech from Aqua Paradise that came out today to replace a part to get our Jacuzzi working again. David was very knowledgeable as I had a number of questions for him. He was also very efficient in getting the issue resolved. Thanks for a great job David!!

Great customer service here! Recently I had a service call scheduled on my two-year old jacuzzi hot tub. I was told a tech would arrive between 2-5. When 4:30 rolled around and it was getting dark I called to verify that someone was still coming out. The response was exactly what a customer wants: they apologized and said they’d investigate and call me right back. About 5 min went by and I got a call from then field tech who told me he was still coming and asked if it was ok to be later than 5. I was fine with that. David arrived around an hour later and was the nicest young man. I’m sure he would have preferred to be done for the day but he quickly and happily did the service. He answered all my questions, explained what he’d done, all in the most friendly way. I’m so glad this is where I purchased by spa! Highly recommend.
