I'm taking the adult classes (1x/week) and am learning a lot. Rachel has been a gem. So calm and sweet and helping me to become a more confident swimmer. The location is quite confusing, so be sure to arrive extra early to find it. Customer service has been great so far, even when I needed to take breaks due to summer travel. The only downside is that semiprivates are not guaranteed, so the cost was higher than hoped. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Amazing swim school and amazing instructors Zoe and Prisha.!! Very good, fun, dedicated. My kid loves and is excited for each class and she made so much progress in her swimming. Very satisfied with British Swim School.

I really liked my coach. I couldn’t commit to weekly sessions so I went to cancel my subscription. Questionable cancellation policy and practices. The person that I worked with, Alexandra, provided very misleading information about timing of cancellation and associated fees. I had intended to reactivate my subscription after the summer when I would have more bandwidth. With this billing experience, I’ll definitely look for another company.

British swim school is amazing! The instructors are fun, skilled, and really have made a positive impact on my children’s swimming. We are so happy we found this program!
