Update: After seeing my review, the owner reached out to resolve the payment and enrollment issue. Hopefully they can smooth out these hiccups, because the teachers really are doing a great job! My daughter is a happy Minnow, and I anticipate her skills will continue to progress quickly thanks to her lessons. The teachers are so sweet and enthusiastic, and my daughter really loves her class. The progression of skills is well thought out, and the teachers are well trained in their methods. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them to others right now because administration is so disorganized. Since my daughter loves her class, I decided to sign up my toddler son, too. After a few classes, it was clear he just wasn’t interested in participating in formal swim lessons at this time. It’s been a week and a half of contacting British Swim School multiple ways, and I still haven’t been able to distill him. The app is terrible. You can’t disenroll or do much of anything from the app.

I love that they opened this swim school in Escondido! I signed up my child for this swim school, and the instructors are very attentive and supportive of his journey. From day one, when my son was scared of the water, they were quick to make suggestions/adjustments so that he would slowly become more comfortable. He is making progress every week, and I am very happy with it.

I loved my experience with the British Swim School. Learning how to swim as an adult for the first time was difficult but they made it so easy! All my teachers, Bree, Kiara, and Richard have been wonderful! I wouldn’t be able to learn how to swim so quickly without them! I’d also love to recommend them to parents. Sometimes after my class I would stay and watch Bree teach the little ones. It’s adorable how she teaches them to be a starfish and be safe in the water. It’s too cute. And of course I’m jealous that the little ones are learning swimming so much faster than me. lol
