Honestly, pool is great, life guards are great. Their manager Antione is definitely racist. He managed to profile my husband, who was the ONLY black man at the pool and ask him if our children’s life vests were approved or knockoffs. We obliged with no issues yet watched every other family be completely left alone and unbothered. When I asked him why only mu husband he lied stating they asked at check in. Which was not the case considering I became very attentive of watching every other family be unbothered and not take out a single float device from their bags until they were under a cabana and settled in. Great job reminding us racism and profiling is still very real here in CMR!!
I’m quite concerned about the condition of the pool, particularly the sloped recreational swim area. The surface there is extremely rough, and there are many visible cracks in the tile. It felt like walking on rocks. My child ended up with a bleeding toe after spending time in that section of the pool. This is not acceptable, especially in a facility meant for families and children. I urge the management to inspect and repair the pool floor as soon as possible to prevent injuries and ensure a safe experience for all swimmers.
Friendly attentive staff and guards. Love the 7am MWF opening time. Can walk just a dozen yards from your car and be at poolside. Pool is clean, perfect temp. You can often have your own lane, but other swimmers are also nice about sharing or splitting a lane.
Fresh, clean sparkling water at the perfect temperature, friendly, welcoming staff, easy sloping beach entry, 10 swim lanes. Fun water fitness class, offered MWF 9:15-10:15 am, Sat 10:15-11:15. Youth swim & polo offered too.
Awesome facility; pool guards are great!
