What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the facility are mixed. Positives include professional and accommodating staff, great pools (including a lovely lap pool and diving boards), and well-managed COVID-19 lap swim protocols with efficient screening. However, significant criticisms exist regarding the facility's hours, which are often unreliable and result in closures without clear reasons, and a lack of responsiveness to phone calls. A notable negative experience involved a lifeguard who reportedly discriminated against children in the lap pool, gave conflicting information about pool access and pricing, and falsely claimed swim boards were unavailable due to COVID-19.

Their hours for open kids swim is a joke. Weekends only for a small black. Completely empty inside and can’t take my son swimming at a community pool funded by tax paying dollars. Sad.
Very professional and accommodating staff. Great pool and great 2 one meter diving boards!
Lovely lap pool, but don’t trust the hours. Often closed for no obvious reason. Often no one answers the phone.
My husband went for the scheduled COVID lap swim, and had nothing but good things to say. He was so impressed with how efficiently things were run. He was welcomed by Becky, and asked a series of questions. It made him few more at ease knowing that people were being screened prior to being allowed in. Thank you guys for all you’re doing! Keep up the good work!
We had a bad experience with lifeguard asking me and my two kids, age 10 and 8, to leave a lap swimming pool and stay in the recreational pool which was super crowded. We were merily lap swimming! Not jumping, yelling or splashing, just swimming from one end to another, I swear. Moreover I asked another lifeguard before moving from rec pool to the bigger and he said "sure, but only if you will be lap swimming". I see it as age discrimination against children or even against my accent. When she (the lifeguard who asked us to leave the big pool) went out of excuses she said that since we paid for family swim we have to stay in the recreational pool. But I haven't find anywhere on your website different prices for different pools, I purchased a day pass, not family swim pass that is not even a thing. Also when asked if they have any swim boards, she said that they don't have any due to covid. However when leaving the pool we noticed a chest with swimming boards and a piece of paper saying that it is for use on a lap pool only. Exactly what I asked for.
