What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews cover two main types of facilities: a sports program and a water park/pool area. The sports program receives praise for its effective coach and enjoyable experience for children, but a recurring criticism is the lack of new skills taught each season, leading to a repetitive curriculum. The water park/pool area generally garners positive feedback for being clean, organized, and having well-behaved staff and lifeguards. Visitors appreciate the indoor water slides and large pool, making it a good option for kids. However, some concerns include it being super packed and having strict rules, particularly regarding life jackets (requiring adult presence in the water and not being allowed on slides), which can create an inconvenient experience for parents. Despite this, some positive experiences included friendly staff and even a free admission day due to a system issue.

My son plays basketball at this facility. The coach is effective and my son enjoys the experience; however, I've noticed that every season they teach the same skills. I enrolled him last year, and again this year, hoping they would introduce new concepts, but it seems to be the same curriculum.
This place was okay but it's super packed, and they have a lot of rules, kids with life jackets are not allowed to be in the water by their self. So if you're planning to bring a kid with the life jacket get ready to get in the water. Also, also life jackets are not allowed on slides, so I had to take it on and off on and off on and off of my son all day every time he wanted to slide, then every time he wanted to go back in the water, it was an experience for sure, probably something I'm not going to want to do again until he's fully swimming trained
Love love love the pool area! Very clean, organized, and staff are well-behaved. There's always a lifeguard present which is great! Again, bathrooms are very clean and neat. I hope the facility stays this way.
It’s nice place to take kids out for indoor water slides and nice big pool area.
My kids loved this place, it had been since about 2018 since we had last gone. Last time we had went they had Groupons but not this time. It really didn't matter I just wanted the kids to get out the house with out been out in the sun,. It was a success . As soon as we got there we were greeted , and the lady at the front desk also very nice said the system is down so everyone gets a FREE DAY! Who doesn't like those words! Right?
