Staff our so friendly and the place is beautiful! Very very clean!Get the river view room, it will be worth it! Although even if you don't, sitting on the deck watching the sun shine through with nature isvery worth it. Breakfast was amazing. Buffet style but most ive seen. Bagels, homemade waffles, eggs sausage biscuits, gravy, steel cut oatmeal, berries, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, water, flavored water, coffee, and tea. I give this hotel 110% !

We stayed at the Music Road Inn Aug 2025 for 6 days 5 nights. The minute you walked in we were greeted by the front desk lady named Tanisha. She was so friendly. Tanisha went out of her way making sure everything was ok and seeing if we need anything. She absolutely loved our granddaughter who is 1. Every evening when she was working she made a point to talk to us when we coming and going. The lady at breakfast was also very pleasant. The Inn was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was the outside kids splash pad the heater went out the 3rd night we were there and the water was to cold to let the 1 year old play in it but that was ok because the outside, inside pool and the lazy river was warm enough to let her play in. This Inn is wonderful and will stay again.

Awesome place for the family, nice facilities, friendly helpful staff, great pools and a slide. My daughter loved it. Breakfast was free and was quality. They are paired with the resort across the street with more amenities that you can use. Definitely worth it.

My grandson and I stayed here for 3 nights. We had the best time. The room was great, everything was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was really nice. The pool area was perfect for everyone but especially the kids. We'll definitely be back.

For the price, this is a solid hotel experience, great 24 hour indoor pool, hot tub. Water slide and lazy river are also available here. Good price to room ratio here, with large bathrooms. It is a little older, so don't expect newer flatscreen tvs etc. Only real complaints was the rust coming off the bottom of the steps to the water slide, and kids sometimes climbing it up backwards, bed pillow is a bit uncomfortable and breakfast is also just okay. The pools in pigeon forge also go deep very fast, so you need to attend with your child. If you can deal with its older nature, its a great hotel.
