We loved going here occasionally, but they recently increased prices for people who don’t have a membership. Membership for our family would be more expensive than Silver Dollar City season passes, so I guess we’re doing that instead. 🤷‍♀️

Great park for kids and families. Also has walking/running tracks. Bicycles welcome. Tracks do flood after heavy rain.

Rented out one of their party rooms. It was very nice and well equipped for a birthday party. Kitchen with a service bar facing the room. Plenty of tables and chairs. The fee was acceptable for everything they provide to the rental. We will rent here again.

Krave Imus

The facility looked nice. The people at the front desk were rude as can be. Karen checked me in, I went and asked how she was doing. Her reply literally, "ehh I don't give out personal information" what type of customer service is that. The most basic generic ice breaking question you can ask. To receive that type of service, immediately is a joke. Made the rest of the entire interaction awkward and tense. I won't go back based just on the service from the front desk. Karen wasn't polite. Wasn't informative. Pushy with what she needed. I need a gym membership, but as long as she works here, I won't be back. Hope retirement is soon.

Love the weight room. They have plenty of elliptical, treadmill, and recumbent cycling machines in the upstairs room. And the pool is excellent!
