Great place to get a hot tub. Awesome location and fun to shop at. The only thing better than the cuteness of the store and selection is the amazing people working there. Kelly is so knowledgeable and has the funnest personality and Scott is the nicest and most personable guy I've met. To top it all, the service is out of this world great. I wouldn't buy a hot tub anywhere else.

We purchased a hot tub a month ago and couldn’t be happier. Scott and Kelly were great to deal with. We had been to other dealerships, but chose The Spa Gallery because of the way we were treated. It was never about upselling, it was about what features we wanted and what tub was best suited for us. The tub was delivered, Nate and the crew working with him did a great job and Nate answered every question I could think to ask with patience even though I’m sure he had another delivery he needed to make that day.

The Spa Gallery is a quality businesses selling and servicing quality products and employing experienced, intelligent, honest, people. I know the heart of the business first hand. I direct a 501(c)(3), Play It Forward SWMO, that puts instruments in the hands of school children that cannot afford to rent or purchase them. The Spa Gallery held a wonderfully successful fund raiser for PIFSWMO, allowing me to purchase and repair the instruments we locate. Today, honesty and heart are hard to come by. My wife and I had a very good experience, purchasing our hot tub from The Spa Gallery. From the beginning, they were kind, helpful, and never made us feel pressured to buy any one particular type of model. They were also able to accommodate putting my hot tub on my back deck. Because our upper level deck had no stairs, they had to utilize a crane. Everything went smoothly and as promised. All that said, we highly recommend Scott and The Spa Gallery.
