My Caldera hot tub was leaking. I called Jim (one of the owners) at Crystal Clear Pool and Spa and two days later he came on a Friday to check out the tub. He stopped the leak at the pump within minutes so I would be able to use the tub without leaking water. Then, he ordered the part I needed for a complete repair. On Monday he was back with the part and completed the repair. This is the second time in the past year and a half that he has responded promptly to a call for help.

I was very upset with this company. I will start with the first time I accidentally left the hose off, but the second appointment I had it on. The company made me a quick appointment that was to open my pool, which was to remove my cover and throw chemicals in, my pump wasn't even started and uh when they took my cover off all of the debris that was on the top of it went to the bottom of my pool. I quickly called and made an appointment for a second cleaning to remove all the debris from the bottom of my pool. They did not remove much of it. I've paid over five hundred dollars for them to open my pool and clean it so that it could be opened. It is still cloudy and filled with leaves, branches, and pine needles. I never received a phone call if they had any issues, nothing. I understand that there is a balance when there can be a large amount of debris in the bottom of a pool, but it looks like they didn't do anything except throw in chemicals, connect up my equipment, and walk away.

Once again Jim and Pete Rushford of a Crystal Clear Pools and Spa continue to impress! Recently installed salt water chlorinate and they’ve provided much appreciated guidance and clarifications of system operation. I would highly recommend them! Hoping to have them install new liner next year; last year they installed new loop lock cover!

I needed a new pool pump and my pool opened. At first I was delighted I could get an appointment so quickly, I let them know that my old pump was removed by another pool person and it was not in my possesion.I was assured that they had all the parts needed to install the new pump and get everything running. I sent photos of my pump/filter setup as asked, and again was assured everything was good. Come the install day and I was told that vital parts were missing (which they didn't have on their truck) and the install could not be completed. The pool cover was removed, and I was able to get the needed pieces later that day from the previous pool man. I contacted CCPS and asked when they could come back to finish the pump installation. I was not given a clear answer, I then called the following day and raised a bit of ire with them, and finally Jim showed up and finished the install, but did nothing as far as treating my pool. Very dissapointed with the lack of service and foresight.
