Many praise the facilities, highlighting an 'awesome gym,' swimming pool, children's play area, rock climbing, party areas, and concerts, noting new, clean equipment, friendly staff, and great fitness classes. However, several issues are raised, including limited access to certain activities like volleyball (only Saturdays) and strong concerns about safety and emergency preparedness, such as a lack of fire hydrants, unconfirmed sprinkler functionality, and the absence of a security gate leading to feelings of insecurity. One reviewer expressed disappointment with organizational issues related to gifts for children, where items were inappropriately sized and record-keeping was inaccurate.

In the now 11th year at the Village I have a great respect for the inner workings of this place I call home. After the fire I was amaze and so grateful of how quickly I was not only bought at another home where then was blessed with having some sincerely giving neighbor's who came to all us affected by this upset. My only wish now would be a better more updates way to combat emergency issues like what I saw. Having better access to and for fire teams to hook up to a better fire system on site. Fire hydrants in and around campus is one. How can we know sprinkler systems work. I personally would love to the washroom that is now available, maybe we could have a meeting place for residents to come together as the community I saw the day of the fire in that we who live at the Village may have an open forum in which to have a more cohesive neighborhood. Where I am now I am on the outside of, I don't feel as secure because there is no security gate. Being so close to the main street. Times I don't feel as secure. Some have come onto the property who don't have good intentions may have a better opportunity to do wron or harm. Being a single woman tis is very consenting to me. Other than that I love being a villager. Ps. When the place is rebuilt and ready I would love to sit in my old place again.
