What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool generally receives positive feedback, described as a wonderful, cheap, and cheerful local option with very reasonable admission and concession prices. Many reviewers praise the clean main pool, and employees are often lauded as nice, knowledgeable, professional, and effective at enforcing rules. A small water area is available for little ones, though one user noted it could be super cold. However, there was one significant negative experience where a 4-year-old was kicked out for a first-time 'pretend bite' incident in the baby pool, leading to criticism of the lifeguard's handling, lack of prior communication, and perceived insensitivity, causing the child to now dislike public pools. While bathrooms and changing areas could be cleaner, this is attributed by some to user behavior rather than staff neglect.

I have to give this pool 2 star very well clean nice pool very reasonable price to get in but to get kicked out of the pool for a first time offense meaning that the first time my child did it to me that’s horrible I was putting sun block on my one child as my one child was in a baby pool didn’t see him do it because of what I was doing but I was close to where I could see still see him unlike the other parents of those children but this was his first time he ever pretended to bite or anything like that on another note no one thinks to come to me and talk to me but just kick my 4 year old and I even explained that to the kids and I even told my son not to do it but if the parents was over there with their kids they would have known to that’s what he was doing that he don’t mean no harm to anyone on another note the life guard prior to all of this mentioned she wonders why no one comes well mam this is why no one attends this pool to kick a 4 year old for having possible Austin and behavior issues goes along with austism really blows my mind My 4 year old finally started to love the pool and now he says he hates the pool never wants to go back to a pool because of them kicking him out for the very first time doing it when they never even saw it happen or the parents to those children didn’t even see it they was busy talking I’m sure they wasn’t even paying bit of attention on the other side you barely see the baby pool but on another note they had a really great time while they was there it breaks my heart that my kids never wanna go to a public pool anymore I hope we can get pools that is friendly for kids with disabilities
Wonderful cheap and cheerful local pool.
Cheap to get in, $2 for adults $1 for kids 3-12. Snack prices cheap as well. At 15 minutes until the hour there's a break that last anywhere from 15-20 minutes. I believe adults are allowed in during this time.
Way better than the other Pools! Employees are very nice and enforce rules. Also very knowledgeable and professional. Pool is super clean and small water area for little ones is decent and nice... Super cold though right now! Concessions are decent and prices are way good! Bathroom and changing areas could be a bit cleaner but it's not the city's fault... if the people would clean up after themselves, it would be way cleaner! The employees can only do so much and they shouldn't have to clean up others nasty hygiene habits!
I've never been to this pool, mostly because my parents say that it's "on the island" (which means it could be dirty). But my friends have been and said that it's fun! My school band went for a field trip
